My name is Jenny Craig and I am a fully registered member of the British Acupuncture Council. I have been practising in Cumbria since 2000, but have recently relocated to Dumfries & Galloway and am now based in Wigtown.
I practice mainly a Japanese style of acupuncture called Toyohari. This is a wonderfully gentle treatment, which most patients find a surprisingly painless and relaxing form of health care.

TRADITIONAL ACUPUNCTURE is a richly diverse therapy that originated in ancient
China and has been developed and perfected over many centuries. It is based on
the use of fine metal needles to regulate the flow of “life force” energy (Qi)
throughout the body, helping to re-balance the whole system.
Acupuncture is becoming increasingly popular in the West and is accepted by many
doctors as a safe and effective alternative, or as a complement to conventional
  medicine.
As a holistic therapy acupuncture can be useful in helping people with all sorts of
health problems. Visit FAQs for more information about how it might help you.
